Prestigious & independent press awards for the best introductions in cosmetics
The 36th annual award of the best cosmetic introductions took place on Monday, May 31 2021. It was originally known as the Astir Awards, but five years ago it changed its name to the Dutch Beauty Awards. This year saw 225 enrolments into 20 categories. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Award Show was live-streamed, hosted by Edsilia Rombley, singer and presenter (Eurovision Song Contest 2021).
Experts of Beauty
The jury consists of 12 beauty journalists, bloggers and influencers with a lot of experience in their field of work. They judge by product testing and experiencing treatments and they meet regularly to discuss the different entries.
